I recently got my wedding dress cleaned by DrycleanIT. I was a bit hesitant about using them as my dress was expensive and I had not used them before, but I needn’t have worried. When I called them, they went through the cleaning process step by step explaining any concerns I had with beading, stains etc.
I was very happy with how my dress turned out; I decided to get it boxed in one of their preservation boxes which stops it from aging and going yellow. They also organised a courier to collect/deliver my dress so I didn’t have to worry about that side of it.
As a first time user of DrycleanIT I was very impressed with their level of service and friendly manner. Karen & Dolores were great; I would gladly recommend them to brides, especially to look after your precious wedding dress.
